I guess I never really understood how a doctor checks to see how dilated a woman is. I sort of pictured that the mom-to-be gets on the table and then the doc pulls out some sort of a medical tape measure, and voila! "You are dilated to a _____."
NOT SO!!!
If you are like I was, don't ever go to a doctor's appointment when one of these "measurements" is done. Live in ignorance...and be merry.
And Hannah...hurry home.
